Shopping

Like most other European cities, Brussels is a great place to shop. In addition to the usual branded stores, you can find Belgian chocolates too and other Belgian specialties.

Center Belge de la Bande Dessinée

There are no countries in the entire world that have so many cartoon artists in relation to the population than Belgium. This funny statistic has been chosen to build a museum, where you can see 5000 original drawings which are displayed. Of course, you also have a whole section dedicated to the Belgian cartoon character, Tintin.

Grand Place

Around this square, architectural gems turn up and the ground floor is largely filled up with lots of expensive cafes.

Between March and October, there is a daily flower market and concerts with light shows during the evenings. All in all, a nice place to visit as well.
