Legalization can also be made in the Governmental Services Centers in:
Musaimeer, Alwakra, Um Selal, Alshamal, Alhilal, Aldhaayin, Alrayyan, Onaiza, Alkhor, Lusail, and Alshahaniyah (click to view a map)
Opening hours:
- 7:30 am to 1:00 pm.
- 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm (Except Alshamal, Aldhaayin, Onaiza, Alkhor, Lusail, and Alshahaniyah).
Where else?
Legalization can also be made by diplomatic and consular missions of the State under the supervision of Consular Affairs Department.

Reviewing the application and finalizing the legalization procedure will be completed within a period ranging from one to five minutes depending on the number of applications, if the application was valid and complete with all required signatures and seals.
However, if any signature or seal is missing, the client will be requested to complete the requirements.
