If you are new in Qatar and planning to stay for work purpose or business, you undoubtedly need to open a bank account.

As per the law of Qatar, every and each employee must have his salary transferred to his personal bank account.
To open an account, you require:
- You need to be a holder of a residence visa in Qatar.
- You need to provide a copy of your residence visa
- Copy of your passport
- Two photographs
- A letter from your employer (NOC- no objection letter), where the amount of your monthly amount/salary must be stated.
When you submitted the mentioned documents, you will have access to a debit card or credit card, and have access to the banking services, which the bank provides.
